To ensure safety, you must be 18 years or older to purchase merchandise from Paintballguns4u. Paintballguns4u is NOT responsible for the use of sold paintball merchandise once it is shipped. Please, ALWAYS use caution when playing with your paintball products and ALWAYS wear any necessary SAFETY equiptment while playing
Shipping and Receiving Information Policies
Insurance will be included in your Shipping and Handling Fee's. We ship through Fedex, DHL, UPS, USPS. Please keep in mind that USPS Priority Mail will include insurance and a "Delivery Confirmation" Number which will only provide delivery confirmation information such as delivery time, date and location. However, all customers will receive an auto generated e-mail from either USPS or UPS confirming your shipment date and providing your personal UPS Tracking Number or USPS Delivery Confirmation Number. If you do not receive one of those e-mails, simply alert us and we will gladly send you a personal e-mail with that information. Should damage occur during shipment, your claim can be made directly with the shipper. However, if you require any assistance from us to expedite your damage claim with the shipper, we will gladly offer our assistance. Please inspect your shipment for damage prior to signing and retain all packing material.
We gladly provide reduced shipping and handling fee's for multiple items.
If you receive the wrong item, we will gladly pay for all shipping and handling fee's and correct the mistake immediately.
We are available to discuss any shopping issues or questions via E-mail (See "Contact Us" for e-mail information). Please keep in mind that we are on the East Coast and thus on Eastern Standard Time which means if an e-mail is received late in the evening, a response may not be sent until the following morning. We work very hard to reply to all e-mails immediately as we receive them and have received countless "thank you's" from our customers for responding to their questions and concerns so quickly.
Please allow 2 weeks for delivery on all orders.
We Pride ourselves in packing and shipping your item as quickly as possible. Infact, most items will be shipped within 24 hours, Tuesday Through Friday ONLY, excluding Holidays. However, we normally process orders for shipment within 48 hours of received cleared payment, Tuesday Through Friday. (Excluding Holidays)If you need something shipped quickly, please alert us and we will make every attempt to make your order a priority to ship within 24 hours or same day, if possible. All Shipping will be done through UPS Ground or USPS, depedning on the order purchased.
We ship through Fedex, DHL, UPS Ground Service, and USPS Priority Mail.
Any Flat Rate Shipping Fee's listed for a particular item will not apply to our customers in Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska. Additional fee's will be required.
We gladly ship to any APO/FPO address via USPS.
If you require faster shipping service, please contact us and we will provide you a quote for UPS 3 Day, UPS 2 Day and UPS Next Day services.
Please remember that UPS ship's Monday Through Friday ONLY. We will make every attempt to ship any USPS items on Saturday, if needed, however, cannot guarantee that.
Shipping will not be available on Major Holidays. A list of holidays that UPS does not ship on can be found at www.ups.com. A list of all USPS holidays can be found at www.usps.com
We love to answer your e-mails and do so very quickly. Please keep in mind that we are on Eastern Standard Time (3 hours ahead of Pacific Standard Time, 2 hours ahead of Mountain Standard Time and 1 hour ahead of Central Standard Time) and while we make every effort to answer your e-mail as we receive them, our answer/response may ocurr the next morning.
